Face to face interview on a weekend. Very relaxed. I got a person visiting from out of town so I feel that how I got that job. Very friendly and personable asked about work and school life

Very friendly, standard background questions and scenario questions. Explained a lot about the company. Also asked "if you were the CEO of a call center what would your attendance be and why?" Very simple interview. Very very friendly.
