Quick screening after career fair at university, then 1 thirty minute interview. Interviewer asked about previous actuarial experience, actuarial exams passed and technical skills. I got offer the next day.

Simple one on one interview with a senior actuary. It was all behavior questions and they did not ask any crazy questions. The interviewer did a good job of making the interview flow like a conversation.

The interview process was somewhat intimidating and not comforting. As a position geared towards college students, the process was surprisingly not as student friendly as I expected. They were clearly already looking for more experienced candidates for what is a less than entry-level role.
