Video interview with a lady who read an entire script on her computer of who Elevance Health is and its missions, goals, etc. It was awkward cause I could've read it on my own and saved our time. She went through some behavioral questions (how do you manage stress at work, conflict with co-worker, disagreement with manager, etc). Then some diagnostic questions. I am a nurse with 13 years of experience (Med-surg, ER, Oncology, Urgent Care, ICU, Step-down, PACU I've done em all) living in CA with supervisor roles in the past. They offered me $34/hr so I laughed and declined. I can't work for greedy companies that pocket money for CEO VP etc and not pay their hard-working staff properly. That is a hard no from me!

Had 2 interviews after initial screening. One with manager the last a peer review. Got word in about 2.5 weeks. Overall a good experience, remote. Any questions answered by hiring manager
