Teams interview for 30 minutes with a department Manager and Team Lead. The interview was relaxed and conversational with the ability to ask questions in between. Although the Team Lead was in the interview, only the manager asked questions.

The interview has situational questions. They key is to state what the issue was, what you did to solve it and the outcome of the issue. They use a scoring system and this is the way to get all of your points. If you do this you will likely get the position. I say make sure you answer with things pertaining to the position in which you are interviewing for.
