Applied online. Did a simulator. Had a phone interview, passed all of that to the in person. Probably the worst most uncomfortable experience I have ever had. Interviewers were both late. Then they give you this whole speech about how time is important. Had two staff members in there, the male was very disengaging and borderline rude the entire time, no wedding ring on clearly married to his work and unhappy. They made it very clear that you are going to be monitored and judged weekly and that everything is about stats at the job and how they want to be better than their competitors. Unless you are already used to this type of rigid system I would advise you stay away. Clearly a high turnover rate as well.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
