recruiter has no business being in talent acquisition. they showed up for our meeting looking like they had just rolled out of bed (possibly even wearing what looked like a bathrobe) failed to ask a single follow-up question about any of my experience, and then never followed up at all after speaking with me(it’s been 3 weeks). For a company that just went through a major rebrand, they have the face of their employer brand squandering what should be an awesome opportunity to make the candidate experience at EOC something to brag about. Best of luck to their HR team, they’re going to need it if this is how they treat candidates.
