I had applied through a job search engine. A few days later I was contacted via email to set up a telephone interview. A few days after the telephone interview, I was contacted to set up an in-person interview. When I arrived I met the Recruiting Director and we talked for a little bit. She had me come up with a few PowerPoint slides about myself and then do a mock call for recruiting participants. After the second interview, I was contacted to set up a final interview. The third interview I met with the CEO, the Recruiting Director as well as two other Research managers. All the interviews were enjoyable as everyone was professional but made you feel comfortable.
