Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fui entrevistado pela Elevated Third em set. de 2025
Entrevista
They contacted me on LinkedIn. I had an interview with the VP of Operations the next day, and he was super nice. I had a paid technical test (I want to point that out because companies never do that and disappear without saying thank you; that happens thousands of times). I had to create a new concept for one of their clients' websites; it wasn't too long.

I interviewed with Elevated Third over the course of 4 weeks. It was a lengthy and time consuming process.
It started out with an email to take a personality quiz. I thought it was a scam and I almost didn’t take it - note that it’s legit and expected. After completing that, a recruiter reached out to set up a call a few days later.
I interviewed with the recruiter and Director of Operations. They were kind, it was straightforward and I was moved along to another interview.
Beyond that, I was asked to provide 3 references and that I would have a two tier “in-person” interview. The first would be with the VP and CEO. It was 75 minutes long, primarily focusing on my experience, oldest to newest. The second part of the interview was more on my specific discipline, strategies, scenario questions, etc. This was with two other individuals from the company and lasted 60 minutes.
Moving right along! I was invited to interview their internal team. I thought that was kind of them to let me also test the waters. I was also asked to submit my references (again? Kind of annoying but it happens). The interview with the internal team was great.
Everybody was so kind and friendly, seemed to genuinely believe in what they are doing.
I was then ghosted for a week and then sent an end of day generic “we regret to inform you” email. That was eye opening for me. One of their core values is empathy and was preached during the interview process.
This isn’t about my frustration of not being picked, TONS of incredible talent in the world, I’m sure they made an amazing choice in talent. BUT, a generic email after hours of interviews, reference checks and all that? Genuinely unkind.

It was a great hiring process overall. Everything was clear and fast! A recruiter reached out to me 5 days after I applied to take a Wonderlic cognitive and personality test. A couple days later, I had a screening interview with the Operations Manager which was about 20 minutes with general questions about my experience and background. A week later, I was called back for a virtual "in-person" interview which had two parts: general interview and technical interview. I met with the Operations Manager and VP of Operations for the general interview where they presented an intro deck about the company for the first half and they asked more questions about my experience and work style in the second half. As for the technical interview, I met with the VP of Creative Strategy where I was asked a lot of in depth questions about my specialty areas in Marketing such as SEO, social media management, etc. I was offered the role 3 days later! The process took about 3 weeks and everyone was super friendly, respectful, and helpful.
