The office was small and very casual. It is a boutique agency. First there was a phone interview that lasted 20 min and they asked me to walk through the resume highlighting skills that would impact the job I was interviewing for. They sent me an email asking me to come in the office. The office was small and casual. Everyone was wearing casual clothes, some wearing nice jeans. There were 8 people in the office. We went into the conference room and it was a 1 on 1 interview with the VP on the account. They asked me 5 lengthy questions and then introduced me to their coworkers and a brief tour. I got a call back about a month later with an offer which after negotiation I accepted.
