First was an online interview which took about 30 mins, then they invited me for a trial shift. It was clear from this trial that the company was in dire need of decent representation as the complaints they were receiving were pretty alarming. Even so, I put a lot of effort in to get to know the staff (who was very uninterested in me and kept yawning throughout my whole shift) I even followed up with a polite email afterwards to extend my gratitude for the trial shift and confirm I would still like to work there. Unfortunately they did not even respond to me to let me know that I hadn’t got the position. I was left to assume this was the case after no reply.

The interview is fairly straightforward and professional. I was interviewed by two individuals, the company accountant, and the HR officer. The accountant assessed my knowledge and HR explained my possible roles in the company.
