Recruiter call. Recruiter was very transparent however it was not a good culture fit. Very strong startup culture with the expectations of long hours but very flexible with remote work.
The recruiter was professional, but laidback and friendly. There weren't any heavy technical questions or complicated previous experience type questions. The second stage consists of a leetcode style online assessment.
