The interview will be consisting of three parts 1. HR interviews 2. Operation manager interview 3. COO interview Overall the interview is not difficult. However, in between, the delay is around 3-5 days. One thing I cannot appreciate from this process is that after final interview it took them almost 2 weeks to inform the rejection. Despite all the message that the company try to convey that the company is global, no language barrier and will provide relocation. As an international candidate you are massively at disadvantage. They will prefer the locals due to lower cost and local language proficiency. Hence, if you are an international candidate, perform exceptionally well in the interview to ensure that they have no reason to prefer the locals.
