The nearly hour-long conversation with my line manager not only helped me clarify the role but also reflect myself. The interview was more than just a discussion about job responsibilities, it was a journey of self-discovery. It helped me identify my strengths and areas for growth and also my expectation for long-term. Furthermore, thanks to the interview I understand more about the core value and mission that Elfie is going forward to, which inspired me a lot.
