The interviewers were very welcoming. I had four interviews over the course of three hours. It was a very relaxed but serious experience. Even though I didn't get offered a job after my interview process, I was still happy and impressed with the company overall.

3 interviews. 1 with HR and 2 with Sr. Directors. Mostly STAR method behavioral/situational questions. Why you want to be with Lilly, your goals/aspirations, etc. 2 months long process from submitting application to final interview.
