Eli Lily had a fantastic and well refined interview process. After the application was submitted, I was contacted by a 'coach', if you may. This coach helped you prepare for your interview as well as assisted in sourcing the best geographical location.
I had a fantastic interview with two senior gentlemen that asked in depth and well thought out questions. The vibe was relaxed but professional.
If I could offer any advice to a young professional looking to position him or herself in front of the crowd, do not lie on your resume. Even a little white lie such as a date rounding or the like, is not worth it.

Entrevista
This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.

Interview was by phone. It was not very long maybe 20 minutes. I didn't feel like a connected with the person who was interviewing me. I did not receive a follow up interview.

Entrevista
They fly you out and cover your travel expenses and stay through reimbursement. There’s generally two managers playing good cop bad cop. Overall a good interview process and very standard scenarios questions.
