There are a lot of behavioral questions and questions on your former experience. I was asked to sell the tow interviewers a candy that was in a bowl on the table. They wanted to understand my history and reasons for choosing Lilly. The process begins with a "personality test" online. If you do not pass this, you have the ability to reapply in 6 months. I believe these questions are to see how well you fit with the Lilly culture. If you pass the online test, the next wave is a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. The entire process from online test to offer was about 3 months.

This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.
