First round consisted of a quick phone call with the hiring manager. Then followed by a writing exam that was pretty straight forward. Finally, an in person round. Overall the interview process was standard and pretty fast. Ultimately didn't take the role, but it was a difficult decision for me to make.

First round was a phone screen (basic questions like background and reason for choosing medical writing were asked and interviewer was very friendly). Second round was writing test (based on clinical data abstract writing, table compilation and bibliography) followed by on site interview.
