I just had one interview that was a mix of behavioral and technical. Mostly it was behavioral since the technical was mainly based on my resume and the CS skills I knew based off my projects. I think they are really looking for people who show that they are willing to learn and genuinely know their resume and projects well rather than being able to leetcode under time pressure or other direct coding challenges.

At Grace Hopper, it was entirely behavioral and they basically go down your resume and ask questions related to why you want to work at Lilly, describe your projects, and how you work with people/how you innovate.
