When joining the company, I had an in-person interview with about 5 rotations of interviewers from the hiring manager to leaders within the marketing function whom I'd work with and some of which I would not work directly with. They lean into behavioral based questions a lot.

There are 3 rounds of the interview: 1st round interview on campus, 2nd interview with regional HR director and Regional Director, 3rd interview with a local HR in the affiliate.
