The interview overran all the other interviews I have been to. Talked to the lady and the owner. They asked for some general interview questions like what are your strength and weakness.

All the candidates are asked to come to a meeting room with a video camera. Candidates (including one without scientific background) introduced him/herself, their CEO had a speech, a lab worker had small speech, and then the meeting is wrapped up by giving everyone a form to fill up answering some questions.
