The interview with the CFO was very disappointing. We only had a 30 minute onsite interview scheduled and she was very late (15 minutes) and acted like she wasn't interested or distracted. I tried to open her up and ask a lot of probing questions to get the conversation going. It seemed to help, but ultimately I was ghosted following the interview even after reaching out to senior leaders of the company for feedback. Actions like this during an interview process convey how ultimately they would treat their employees which in this case was very poor.
