3 Rounds of interviews: 1 w/ HR 2 w/ Director of Agency / Client Services 3 w/ Director Overall Friendly interview process with timely updates, company working remotely, all done vis, Google Meets

Rounds and rounds of my time wasted. I had 3 interviews with them that all took an hour or more. Every time it ended they said that I would hear from HR by the following week but took longer than that. Then by the final interview they said (again) that they would reach out to let candidates know their decision regardless of being selected or not. I followed up 2 and 4 weeks later via email and they never got back to me. It was a waste of time and disrespectful how they don't keep their word.
