Laid back interview with a sales manager for the first and third round interview. The second round interview was with a current solar consultant who went through the pay, day to day and advancement opportunities within the company. This is not your high pressure corporate interview.

It was a very good process three interviews. But they did the interviews all in two days. It was great got to meet the head manager for Las Vegas and then my team leads on the second interview amd was signed up the same day
