Time for a new name and shame, spoke with a recruiter to set up a virtual interview, it was positive as they mentioned what the next steps would entail and then they ghosted me. Fickle tactics like these will only negatively impact the reputation of an employer
I really appreciated that the recruiter provided specific feedback about why they were moving with other candidates. I felt respected and valued even though I did not get an offer.
