Entrevista
Interview was simple, just one face to face discussion. I shared my resume prior to it. The whole interview lasted about thirty minutes and then I heard back shortly after.

Entrevista
Interview was fine just technical stuff; If you know the market and what you're doing it's easy. I ended up going with another company now that director works back at Ellana. I found him to be dishonest and manipulative

They asked me to split the migration lawyer fees which is not allowed (and they threw this at me very last minute which is why I declined the offer as it was against everything we had discussed) and the director that I'm talking about also asked irrelevant questions such as whether I'm single.
