Expect questions on your mental-health experience, empathy, teamwork, safeguarding, de-escalation, boundaries, resilience, communication style, risk awareness, handling distressed or resistant patients, motivation for eating-disorder work, professional values, confidentiality, physical-health monitoring, and how you manage stress in demanding clinical situations.

“What would you do if a young person tried to hide or dispose of food?”
“How would you keep patients safe while maintaining their dignity and autonomy?”
“Tell us about a time you supported someone through emotional distress.”
“How would you react if a patient became verbally aggressive toward you?”
“What does safeguarding mean to you in a mental-health setting?”
“How would you maintain professional boundaries with young people who become attached to staff?”
“What would you do if you noticed a colleague acting inappropriately or breaching policy?”
“How do you look after your own wellbeing when work becomes emotionally challenging?”
“Why do you want to work specifically with eating-disorder patients in an inpatient setting?”
Interviewing was really great and really relaxed. It was good to meet people and get to know the company more. The interview panel was friendly, asked appropriate questions and made me feel comfortable during it even though i was nervous.

Entrevista
The interview process was on teams with two management staff, the questions weren’t that difficult but they had specific things in mind you should mention when answering these questions. In occasions that I omitted any, I was given clues on what they wanted to hear, nice experience overall.
