I interviewed with Ellevate late 2020 for the Community Success role and at first had a great experience. I got to meet a member of the community and a couple members of the team. My third round was split into two interviews because the whole team couldn’t make the first call. After the second half of my third round they never followed up with me. Not even to send a rejection email. I find this to be pretty disappointing. It would be nice if the company respected me as an interviewer and at least sent me a rejection email if they decided not to move forward with me as a candidate.
