Had a phone interview where they asked me my salary range, which I gave to them. The following week they called and asked me to come in for an in-person interview. Everyone was very nice but after the entire interview was offer and we were saying our thank-yous they said oh by the way the job pays xx (which is almost 25% less then the low part of my salary range). Why even waste my time having me come in for an interview???? I was very upset.
