A few questions about me personally, no competency questions. Advised they would let me know within a couple of weeks, however heard nothing. Disappointing and disrespectful after the amount of time put into the application and time spent for the interview

Was asked questions by the head of the team. Took about 15-20 minutes. Interview was fine, was promised a phone call in a week regarding whether or not I got the job, along with some feedback. Never got a phonecall. Think it’s ridiculous when firms can’t even bother to send out a standard rejection email to candidates.
