The interview process consisted of a preliminary phone interview (from the contracting company if you're a contractor) that gauges your verbal (and technical support) skill set in the form of a 10 question quiz. If you pass that quiz, you will be invited to an in-person interview where the interviewer asks more questions about your skill set and then discusses what the job entails.

I found the posting online and I sent my resume in. I also emailed someone that I knew from the office I was applying at and gave them a heads up. An HR rep for the corporate office called me for an initial screening. I was then invited to interview in the office for a face-to-face interview.
