I applied on line and had a 1:1 with the recruiter. I was rejected. I moved on. A month later the same recruiter reached out to me as they had a declining offer. Had a call with the hiring manager. It went great. I was supposed to move to the final round. Had a call with the Recruiter after not being informed of a new hiring process ( tests) and discussing pay. I had agreed with the recruiter on following steps in which I woud do the final round and then do the tests. The recruiter missrepresented me to the hiring manager and literally sabotaged my process. I learned I was eliminated when inquiring about the case/ presentation that I had to prepare. I have been around more than 15 years and this was the most unprofessional hiring process that I ever experienced with zero accountability. I had to complain to other layers of the organization because I was unable to reach out to recruitment, and the company recruitement professional called me to apologize,and at the end the company declined to pursue my candidacy. I cannot recommend this organization to anybody. They mentioned they would consider me in a new job opportunity an that I am not blacklisted. Why would I be?!!! This is very hard to believe as the Ellucian is hiring for several positions. Unfortunately, this is very hard to swallow and believe. I cannot recommend this organization to anybody until new leadership gets rid off people that believe this is acceptable behavior. Zero ethics, zero integrity.

1st interview was with recruiter, second interview with 2 director level managers, 3rd interview includes a presentation by candidate with ellician team playing client. Project status has to be yellow/red and must include financials.

First interview with Recruiter or Hiring Manager Second technical interview with Director of Product I think there are more 2 rounds of interviews which in my opinion is unbelievable nowadays and very depressing
