Interview through temp agency (ProResources) who basically acted like there would be no problem at all getting the job with having a felony because it was 10 years time passed since I completed all requirements of that conviction. I called and called the guy at the on-site hiring place for ELSA like my interviewer at ProResources told me to do. I did not EVER receive a call back from the guy, not even one time. I called my interviewer at temp place n she finally tells me that due to the nature of my marion county conviction over 10 years ago (which is not sexual, violent, or really job related at all) that ELSA will NOT hire me and neither will any of her other clients (places for employment). I later thanked her for trying to help me and then asked if she could explain to me how it is even job related and I never got a response to that question still to this day.
