I applied online, within two days I was asked if I was available for a telephone interview. This particular role stated that experience was not necessary as training would be provided, thus, graduate applicants were welcome to apply. However, during the telephone interview I felt this was not the case. The rather condescending interviewer knew I did not have publishing experience but continued to ask questions only someone who had worked in publishing would really know (which is what she would say whenever I would answer a question incorrectly), so in the end it felt like a waste of time.

It was thorough. I met with two people who were very organized and asked lots of questions in a short period of time. They were friendly and the interview was less formal than others I had at publishing companies. They answered all my questions.
