Smooth, interesting, focusing on practical aspects. All three interviewers balanced the questions between themselves well. They also answered my questions about the company satisfactorily. The interview lasted for about 40 minutes, and covered all aspects about my previous role

Interview for senior management role. 1st round was a call out of the blue from HR. Stated the hiring team liked my resumé and wanted to interview me. Interview was not overly revealing or challenging. Chased the HR contact directly for follow up, they did respond (gold star!) and said they would come back to me ‘shortly’. Guess what…still waiting for a decline or an update. This was for a fairly senior role, so not a tremendous advertisement for the org.
