Entrevista
Interviewed for a Regional Manager, Customer Success role.
The recruiter was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the conversation. However, I found the role itself to be different from how it was represented in the job posting.
The posting described a leadership position managing a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers, with a player-coach component that would eventually transition into a full leadership role. During the recruiter conversation, I learned that the role is currently much more individual contributor-focused, with leadership responsibilities potentially available in the future.
When I asked what specific timeline, milestones, or organizational changes would need to occur before the leadership component became reality, the recruiter was unable to provide details and suggested that I discuss it with the hiring manager.
Compensation was also lower than I expected given the title, scope described in the posting, and leadership expectations.
My advice to future candidates would be to clarify early in the process:
Whether there are direct reports today
How much of the role is IC versus management
What specific path exists to leadership responsibilities
Compensation expectations relative to the actual scope of the role
Overall, the recruiter was courteous and professional, but I would have appreciated greater alignment between the job description and the role as described during the screening conversation.

Entrevista
I went through three interview rounds over the span of two weeks, and after each round I spoke with HR (Aishwarya). She consistently gave positive feedback, said everything looked good, and reassured me there was nothing to worry about.
However, after that, I tried reaching out to her around 20 times over two weeks with no response. When I finally contacted her from another number, she mentioned she needed to debrief with the interview panel. Then, after another 2–3 weeks, she informed me that they couldn’t move forward because they didn’t see me as a senior developer.
This experience felt frustrating, as it seemed like my time was wasted during my notice period. It would have been much more helpful if they had communicated this earlier—perhaps after the first or second round—so I could have focused on other job opportunities instead.
What a waste of time!
Had salary discussion with the HR in the very beginning itself.
After going through 3 rounds of discussions they ghost you and one day when you call them they say they don’t have the budget!
Opening positions without any intent of hiring
2 technical rounds followed by hiring manager discussion which involved a few project based questions and rest behavioural questions.
First round was a react based UI coding problem
Second one was around JS, and web development questions
