First interview phone call is with a HR rep who asks robotic questions. It felt cold with zero connection to the woman on the phone. Questions asked didn't pertain to my skill level

I had my interview over video call due to the COVID restrictions back then. Most of the questions were on scenarios about seizures and how you would intervene. They also asked to tell them about myself and to go through my resume.
