Entrevista
The interview was very standard, nothing that was surprising. I was asked what I could contribute, what were my strengths and weaknesses, etc. There was also another person that attended the interview and watched. I recommend asking the interviewers questions to display interest in the position, along with a willingness to learn and ask questions.

Entrevista
My interview was set at 10:30 am. I showed up 15 minutes earlier. Then I had to wait an hour until I got called. CEO of the company told me that the are 3 interviews and our initial interview literally took less than 10 minutes. He asked me what I was looking for in the company and explained a few steps on how to grow with them and how fast I will be able to advance. At the end of the interview, he told me that I will be getting a call the same day about the second interview. That did not happen. I thought that they were busy and waited patiently until Monday.
Monday comes around, no call or anything. I decided to e-mail to HR and see if I will be getting a call. No response. Next day, I decided to give them a call, nobody picked up a phone nor returned the call.
Later on Thursday I received a voice mail from them saying that they found someone else. Then my question is, why ignore me almost the whole week and tell me that I will be getting a second interview call?
Very unprofessional and waste of time.

Entrevista
The first interview, the man in charge spoke like he was reading from a script, he was reading so fast his words were slurring and couldnt keep eye contact. It was a very awkward first interview, and it made me not want to work for this company.
