As we know that the interview is a multi stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process was quite long for me it was around 45 mins to probably 1 hour. The interview started from the introduction and small talk. Interviewer asked around 11 questions which was basic and about my job history with some similar questions for my job about mental health. The interviewer was kind and gentle. The interview was standardised. After everything done interviewer allow me to leave and wait for the result if I’m hired or not.

The interview was one of the best I have ever done. It was made easy for me . It was all smooth .very positive.in a very calm environment . The questions were related with the job I do everyday at first I felt tension then my interviewer made me feel so comfortable.

As we know that interview process is a multi stage for hiring new employees. The Interview was quite long around 45mins to 1 hour. Starting from introduction and small talks. I gone through 11 questions. Interviewer asked about very basic questions in the beginning. It was okay. They needed to know my availability and my recent job history and also some quick similar questions about where and what I’m working for as HCA. Interviewer was very kind and gentle,After everything done interviewer allow me to go and said to wait for the results if I’m passed or not.
