I had 3 interviews, first was an interview with HR & Head of Operations, which was very friendly but professional. They gave me a good overview of what the role involved and a general idea of what was expected of me & how we could move forward if we all thought I was a good fit. The next part of the process I met the chef & prepared some food, chosen by the chef, which was very simple and easy, the kitchen is very user friendly. I felt the energy between myself & the chef was positive so we discussed coming in for a lunch prep & delivery service. I also felt this went very well & was calm & reassuring.
