the tech recruiter calls you and tells you the jd and schedule a tech interview. most probably you'll land an interview with a sou-th ind-ian guy (at least 1 of 2 interviewers) either you match the nationality or answer yes to all their sense_less 'tech' questions. you disagree with something and you are not welcomed.
finally the tech recruiter will call you and offer you the least amount possible and will assure you that you will get a raise within a year, which clearly is a blatant li-e as the incremement is totally based on your line manager's will (either you're a sou_th indi_ian or ara_b). i am on the same salary level for last couple of years.

Hr interview then technical interview, then online task in object oriented and algorithms.
also the exam was over skype online and the interviewer was monitoring me while writing the task on online word sheet.
after that he discussed it with me.
interview was above average in the previous nowadays it is more easy as some of the interviewers aren't qualified
