The interview process was not too hard. I had two interviews, one with the Front Office Manager, and a second with the Assistant General Manager. They were very positive and truthful about what the job is like. They did require that they spoke with my employer at the time for his recommendation. The interview questions were pretty standard, and about a week after the first call back they offered me the job.
