I was approached by the recruiter through LinkedIn and had an HR interview, which was very interesting. However, the technical interview with the engineering leader was terrible. The person had the audacity to say in his first words that he didn't want to be there. Generally, people from Eastern Europe have a different sense of humor, but this wasn't the case. During the interview, this guy was awful, constantly making faces at every answer I gave. Literally, someone in his position should not exhibit this kind of behavior. For anyone considering interviewing at this company, think twice to avoid going through this experience.
