I got a phone call from someone at the company and later I was interviewed by two men from claims. They hadn’t even read my resume didn’t know much about anything. Whole thing was rushed and very unprofessional

Entrevista
I had an initial remote interview and then two rounds of in person interviews. The first interview was with a middle manager type who I think was in his first ever manager role, then more senior people.

They did not really ask questions but spent the time talking about the company, how great it was, and how great they were.
It was more like a sales pitch than professional interview.

Interview conducted by people who have no clue, they keep talking about company culture. They did interviews online and in person, mostly fluffed up thier ego and spoke about their career.
