Skype interview followed by a ride a along interview. Heather does the in person interview. She is not receptive to hearing what you can do to help grow the territory and is very judgemental. Spent my day with the ride along going to two different locations . Only to have wasted my time and gas. There is no compensation for your time or miles with the ride along. The drive was close to an hour between locations. Felt like I was talked down to during the interview . I really felt like I could help build the territory and prove my dedication through hard work but I wasn't given any questions as to how I would help the company grow. Felt like I was given the cold shoulder through the few questions that were asked from me and it was disappointing that I wasted my work day for this.
