There is an initial screening by the talent acquisition team. Then, there was a two part interview. First with team leaders and then a separate interview with the manager and/or Director.

First interview was with the recruiting manager , 2nd interview was then with the qc manager and raw material manager. Was tested on my experience with laboratory equipments and all. It was a good experience.
