I was approached by a recruiter of theirs. I was offered an on site interview and I d coded to go to see what was the company about. I already had a full time job at the time but I enjoy interviewing to keep myself sharp. The interview was a one on one with a guy that didn't want to be there it seems like. He was uninterested and even a little on the arrogant side. 5 minutes into the interview I knew that was not the company for me and I stopped asking questions.
