I liked the process. I can see that process is not for everyone but at that moment when i see the assessment i was thinking company was trying to assess the general ability of problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking rather than looking correct answers for specific questions.
Teams interview process was very relaxing.
Whole process took 2 weeks.

questions were generally over my experience and more explaining how i did the things and in between i was getting some detailed questions regarding that implementation. Intune, Exchange migration etc.
I applied through an employee referral and had a series of interviews, between direct management as well as various members of the organization. They were great about explaining the potential role, company goals and mission. After a couple of weeks, I received an offer.

While there were technical questions, most of the interview questions were designed around ensuring I would be a good fit with the team I would be working with and that the company would be a good fit for me.
