Basic HR questions. no technical questions. no structure either. they will try in negotiate your salary down so don't let them. they don't care that they hire talentless people so that they can get their workforce for cheap.

Entrevista
The process started with an initial interview from the HR from another country, asking typical questions about my experience . After that, a second interview followed with local managers which was more technical and wanting to get to know me better and also many questions with hypothetical scenarios to see my understanding of the position.
