Entrevista
Phone interview with hiring manager, followed by 4 hour interview with senior department leaders. The interview process occurred over a few weeks. I did not hear that I was not going to get offered until I reached out at least twice asking.

Entrevista
The process was long, the recruiter communicated the necessary steps, but the response time and scheduling took 4 weeks in between rounds. The last interview was cancelled due to the holidays.

How could you make an HR strategy work in a global environment when the product is still new? What do you know about the company?
Process Structure:
Initial Call: Often starts with a recruiter or HR screening focusing on background and motivation.
Technical Interviews: Assess technical expertise, problem-solving, programming, and sometimes coding challenges.
Behavioral/Pannel Interviews: Evaluate soft skills, teamwork, and cultural fit. Sometimes involve team members or managers and may require discussing past projects or presenting solutions.
Final Rounds: May include meetings with senior management to assess alignment with company values and long-term goals
