1st it was Recruiter phone Interview to screen your CV , then if followed with HR Manager personal Interview . through that interview a behavioural questions had been conducted . the short listed candidates conducted Personal interview with hiring manager. at the end the selected employee is getting quick interview with the managing director of the business unit.

Good and effective. Real conversations on some example situations. Process was smooth and well managed with proper communication. Role was described clearly. Overall a great experience. The process can be bit slow as there are multiple rounds involved.
